Our newest version of the Plum platform, Ultraviolet, is everything you love about Plum, packaged in a sleek design that offers seamless collaboration, Talent Rediscovery, and at-a-glance people insights.
Ultraviolet is a complete rebuild of the Plum platform, informed by the feedback and functionality requests of our customers. It is an agile and dynamic platform, capable of changing and adding features in a way our previous platform did not have the capability to do. The user interface and user experience is highly improved; data and results are presented more visually, providing you at-a-glance insight and side-by-side comparisons of your applicants. And upgrading to Ultraviolet has no additional cost to your Plum subscription plan!
Company-wide applicant data. This includes all applicant Discovery Survey results and job applications.
Existing Plum user accounts for all applicants. All candidates with Plum accounts will be required to reset their password when logging in to Ultraviolet for the first time after the migration, as we will not be migrating passwords over from the previous platform.
Client account administrator access and permissions. All current account administrators will be granted access to the recruitment function on Ultraviolet. They will also be required to reset their password when logging in to Ultraviolet for the first time after the migration.
Jobs data.
Match Criteria. This is due to the fact that we are transitioning from psychological traits-based language to more universal, user-friendly talents-based language.
Candidate dispositioning.
Match Scores.
Traits-based interview guides (if applicable for subscription plan). These are being retired to make way for our new talent-based interview guides, which align with Ultraviolet language.
Once you have confirmed with your Customer Success Manager that you are prepared to transition to Ultraviolet, you will be invited to a 1-hour Ultraviolet webinar. After that, we will schedule your data migration.
What is the cost to upgrade to Ultraviolet?
Ultraviolet is included in your Plum subscription plan, and therefore you may upgrade to Ultraviolet at no additional cost.
Will candidates receive any communication about the transition to the new platform?
No, they will not. Candidates simply need to “apply” using the job link and click “Already Have a Plum Account?” on the sign-in page to upload their Plum results to Ultraviolet.
Can I still access our jobs in the old Plum platform?
Access to our old platform will remain active until end of June 2020. We recommend that you begin to create all new jobs in Ultraviolet while closing jobs in the old platform.
If I am an account admin in the old platform, will I have to create a new account in Ultraviolet?
All account administrators will be granted access to the recruitment function on Ultraviolet. They will also be required to reset their password when logging in to Ultraviolet for the first time.
Can Plum copy over Match Criteria from one role to another?
Yes, Plum can copy over the average Match Criteria on identical roles upon request.
Does Plum average multiple Match Criteria surveys manually?
In Ultraviolet, the system automatically calculates the average Match Criteria immediately after your Expert Contributors complete the Match Criteria survey.
How do I login to Ultraviolet?
Go here. Clicking on the “login” button on Plum’s website now gives you the option to login to either the old platform or Ultraviolet.
How do I reset my password in Ultraviolet?
Is Ultraviolet available in other languages?
Yes, Ultraviolet is available in 11 languages. Simply select your language on the login page.
If a candidate took the Plum Discovery Survey in the old platform, do they need to retake it?
No, all candidate Discovery Survey data is being transferred to Ultraviolet.
What if my organization has concerns about migrating to the new platform?
Plum is discontinuing the old platform in order to serve our customers best and focus all development effort on Ultraviolet. All customers will be required to transition to Ultraviolet. If you have any concerns, please talk to us so we can help you and set you and your team up for success.
